1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to the OpenDental Voice AI Demo (the "Demo" or "Service"), operated by IT & LANGUAGE SERVICES LTD, trading as FlatCap.AI ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Demo at opendental.flatcap.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

The OpenDental Voice AI Demo is an interactive demonstration that allows dental professionals to experience an AI-powered voice receptionist in action. The Demo includes:

• Registration with your name, practice name, email address, and mobile phone number
• Phone verification via a one-time passcode (OTP) sent by Twilio Verify (a separate verification service)
• A live AI voice agent phone call to your mobile device
• A real-time remote desktop view of OpenDental software showing the appointment being booked
• Customer care SMS messages from our toll-free number +1 (833) 338-0776 during the demo call for test patient detail collection (Human-in-the-Loop)

Each demo session is limited to a maximum of 15 minutes. The Service supports a maximum of 5 concurrent demo sessions.

3. Eligibility

The Demo is intended for dental professionals and practice decision-makers who wish to evaluate FlatCap.AI's voice AI technology. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the authority to agree to these Terms.

4. Not a Medical or Dental Service

The Demo is provided solely for evaluation and demonstration purposes. It is not a medical service, does not provide dental care, and should not be used for any clinical, diagnostic, or treatment purposes. No doctor-patient or provider-patient relationship is created by your use of the Demo.

5. Use of Fictitious Data

All patient data used within the Demo environment is entirely fictitious and created for demonstration purposes only. You agree that you will not enter or submit any real patient data, protected health information (PHI), or personally identifiable information of third parties into the Demo. FlatCap.AI is not responsible for any real patient data you may inadvertently or intentionally enter during a demo session.

6. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and registering for the Demo, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from FlatCap.AI related to your demo session:

• Phone verification (separate service): During registration, a one-time passcode (OTP) is sent via Twilio Verify, a separate verification service using its own phone number. This is not sent from our toll-free number.
• Demo interaction (Customer Care): During the live AI voice demo call, our AI receptionist may send an SMS from our toll-free number +1 (833) 338-0776 to collect fictitious test patient details (e.g., a made-up name, date of birth, and email) as part of the Human-in-the-Loop demonstration. You reply to this message to provide test data for the demo.

Consent to receive SMS messages from our toll-free number is a condition of using the Demo, as SMS is integral to the demo interaction experience. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing any FlatCap.AI product or service.

7. User Data and Privacy

During registration, we collect the following information: your full name, dental practice name, email address, and mobile phone number. This information is used solely to facilitate the demo experience and for follow-up communication regarding FlatCap.AI's products and services.

8. AI Voice Agent Disclosure

During the Demo, you will receive a phone call from an artificial intelligence (AI) voice agent. This is an automated system and not a human caller. The AI agent is designed to simulate a dental practice receptionist for demonstration purposes. By using the Demo, you acknowledge and consent to receiving this automated call.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Demo, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and the AI voice agent technology, are owned by FlatCap.AI and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

"OpenDental" is a trademark of its respective owner. FlatCap.AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to OpenDental or Open Dental Software.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Demo for any purpose other than evaluating FlatCap.AI's voice AI technology
• Enter real patient data or protected health information into the Demo
• Attempt to access, tamper with, or compromise the remote desktop session, OpenDental instance, or any underlying infrastructure
• Use the Demo to harass, abuse, or send unsolicited messages to any person
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI agent's underlying technology
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to access the Demo
• Circumvent the session time limit or concurrent user restrictions

11. Disclaimers

THE DEMO IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Demo will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. The AI voice agent may not always respond accurately or as expected. Demo availability is subject to concurrent session limits and system capacity.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FLATCAP.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE DEMO, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

THE DEMO IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE FOR EVALUATION PURPOSES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ACCEPT NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE DEMO.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FlatCap.AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Demo, your violation of these Terms, or your entry of any real patient data into the Demo system.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted to this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Demo after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Demo at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Demo ceases immediately.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
